ORCCA - Child and Family Resource Center

The new 30,000 sf, two-story wood-framed facility for the non-profit Oregon Coast Community Action (ORCCA) in Coos Bay, Oregon will provide a Head Start Center on the first floor and child services, family resource services, and administrative offices on the second floor. P&C was selected for this CM/GC project based on proven experience with similar facilities and the qualifications of our project team. Work began on site in December 2011. More»

City of Troutdale New Police Facility

Located in downtown Troutdale, construction of the new 22,000 sf Community Police Facility began in late August 2011. When completed in 2012, the masonry and steel building will feature two floors of state-of-the-art space for the Troutdale Police Department and a Community Room that will also serve as a command center during emergencies. P&C, as CM/GC on this project, worked closely with all team members during preconstruction and is overseeing all construction activities.  More»

Astoria City Hall Renovation

The $1.4 million project includes a complete interior renovation to all four floors of the existing historic building located in downtown Astoria, Oregon. Project challenges include installation of a new elevator shaft and passenger elevator and restoration of many of the original finishes throughout the structure. P&C partnered with subcontractors and suppliers from the community to ensure we delivered on our commitment of "Keeping It Local".

OnPoint Credit Union

Construction is underway on a new 10,000 sf bank branch and mortgage loan center for OnPoint Community Credit Union. Located adjacent to the Montgomery Park Building at NW 27th and NW Vaughn Street, the new retail center, designed by Soderstom Architects, will be a significant enhancement to the northwest Portland neighborhood. Completion of the $2 million masonry and steel building is scheduled for Spring 2012.

Jones Farm Fire Station

The 13,500 sf new fire station, seeking LEED Gold certification, is being built just east of the Hillsboro Airport. Unique features of the facility include a radiused metal roof system, a CMU/steel/wood-framed structure, and extensive use of sustainable materials.   More»

Vernonia K-12 School

As the CM/GC firm selected by the Vernonia School District, P&C began work on the $20+ million, 137,000 sf concrete tilt-up K-12 school in the fall of 2010. The new building, designed and being built to meet the criteria for LEED Platinum certification, will provide a state-of-the-art educational facility to replace the existing schools affected by the Vernonia flood of December 2007. The project is a result of the collaborative efforts of the Vernonia community, the State of Oregon, and multiple federal organizations.   More»

City of Sandy Library

The CM/GC, 12,000 sf expansion to the existing public library in Sandy includes a complete seismic upgrade, new roofing, new exterior facade with natural stone and exposed timbers, significant upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems, and new interior finishes throughout. P&C was selected for the project based on our proven CMGC experience with library projects and commitment to utilizing local firms for the construction.

Kaiser Permanente - Sustaining and IDIQ Projects

Since early 2007, P&C has collaborated with Kaiser as a preferred contractor for negotiated and bid projects ranging in size from a few thousand dollar remodel to a new fast-track health care clinic valued at over $3 million. Nearly all projects involve work in occupied health care and hospital facilities where safety and minimizing disruptions are the top priorities. Work for this client involves a complete commitment from the P&C team to meet institutional requirements for patient safety, privacy, and infection control.

Lowrie Primary School

The new 67,000 sf primary school, seeking LEED Gold certification, is being constructed in Wilsonville for the West Linn-Wilsonville School District. The wood and steel-framed facility will include a two-story classroom wing, a 13,000 sf Wellness/Commons wing, an 8.300 sf Kindergarten wing, and a 3.2 acre community park area.  More»

City of Canby New Police Facility

The $7.8 million new facility will be constructed for the City of Canby Urban Renewal Agency via the CM/GC method of contracting. The building includes 26,000 sf of state-of-the-art space for the Canby Police Department and approximately 10,000 sf of "shelled" space for future growth. Designed for maximum energy efficiency, substantial completion is on schedule for early May 2012.  More»
