Airport Way Business Park
The 46,000 sf concrete tilt up Building 3 and 20,000 sf concrete tilt up Building 4 at Airport Way Business Park were constructed as flex/office/warehouse facilities to appeal to a variety of commercial and industrial users. Located just south of the Portland Airport, the site required close attention to existing soil conditions during excavation. Cost-efficient design and close control of the construction costs by P&C delivered both buildings to the market at very competitive lease rates.
