Peace Harbor Hospital -
Surgery Department Expansion
The three-phase, multi-million-dollar project involved the interior remodel of nearly 10,000 sf of the circa 1980’s hospital located in Florence, Oregon. Scope of P&C’s work included construction of a new surgery suite and associated support areas, extensive upgrades to the existing MEP systems, and replacement of interior finishes throughout the department. The design and construction teams worked side by side (literally) to complete the needed upgrades without affecting ongoing services in the hospital.
