Albers Mill Building
Located on the west bank of the Willamette River in Portland, the 110-year-old, 90,000 sf building was converted from a turn-of-the century wheat mill into first class office space. Work included extensive use of shotcrete, concrete, and steel to upgrade the brick structure to meet seismic requirements. But most importantly, the design team and P&C took great care to preserve the historic features of the building.
