Montgomery Park Building
One of the largest buildings in Portland at nearly 800,000 sf, the Montgomery Park Building had been one of Montgomery Ward's regional distribution centers from the late 1800’s on. Led by Bill Naito of Naito Properties, the 1980s restoration and re-creation of the building was the largest restoration west of the Mississippi up to that time, and included a complete seismic upgrade, new atrium, lobby enhancements, and multiple tenant improvements.
