Niketown - Portland
The Portland Niketown was the world's first. The project, located on Sixth Avenue in downtown Portland, involved the conversion of existing, outdated retail shops into a unique, high-end store with seven differentiated sales areas. The design required the removal of an elevated cast-in-place concrete floor slab and the addition of an extensive amount of exposed structural steel.
