Vernonia K-12 School
As the CM/GC firm selected by the Vernonia School District, P&C will begin work on the $20+ million, 137,000 sf K-12 school in the fall of 2010. The LEED certified new building will provide a state-of-the-art educational facility to replace the existing schools affected by the Vernonia flood of December 2007. The project is a result of the collaborative efforts of the community, the State of Oregon, and multiple state and federal organizations.
