Greystone Office Buildings
Constructed in two phases, the Greystone office building campus includes one (1), three-story, 90,000 sf building and two (2), two-story L-shaped buildings of 60,000 sf each. The steel structures feature exteriors of brick veneer, high performance glazing and precast concrete. Extensive use of precast concrete on the exterior gives the buildings outstanding curb appeal. P&C’s work included all site improvements for the suburban Beaverton development.
