McCormick Pier Apartments
One of Portland’s most well known waterfront living communities since its completion in the 1983, McCormick Pier is located on the west bank of the Willamette River. The project involved construction of seventeen (17) wood-framed buildings containing 302 apartment units. Solving constructability issues allowed P&C to reduce its initial construction estimate by nearly 15 percent.
